Triple H walked around the back. Michael Cole said he had a historic announcement.
Cody Rhodes arrived at the arena with Metro Boomin in an old Crown Victoria.
Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill and Naomi welcomed us to Bad Blood. They wore matching red outfits.
Bill Goldberg (and his son Gage) and Killer Mike were sitting at ringside.
Combate Hell in a Cell: CM Punk defeats Drew McIntyre
Both men were bleeding profusely. At one point McIntyre hit Punk with a vertical suplex off the apron through a table and the crowd erupted in cheers. Later McIntyre, bleeding even more from the top of his head, got down on his knees and begged Punk. Punk, as he said in his promo, wanted McIntyre to beg, but McIntyre hit him with a low blow.
McIntyre grabbed a bag full of bracelet supplies, and emptied the contents onto Punk. McIntyre attempted to hit him with a Claymore, but Punk ducked and McIntyre landed on his butt against the edge of the steel steps. Punk wrapped a chain around his knee, shoved beads into McIntyre’s mouth, and hit a GTS for the win.
Punk celebrated but collapsed as he walked. Adam Pearce and medics rushed to attend to him. Punk stood up but eventually allowed medics to attend to him. He was given oxygen but was taken away and walked on his own. Punk posed on stage.
Nia Jax retained the women’s championship against Bayley
During the fight the referee was hit and Tiffany Stratton came out with the briefcase intending to collect it, but Niax confronted her before and Tiffany gave up.
Shortly after Bayley had almost defeated Niax but Tiffany throws the briefcase at Bayley, which distracts her and then she receives a Samoan Drop from the second rope from Jax followed by the splash so the champion retains.
Damian Priest defeated Finn Bálor after hitting him with a chokeslam. Carlito and JD McDonagh intervened, but it wasn’t enough.
Triple H comes out for an important announcement
Triple H says it’s hard to believe it’s been thirty years since he lived around the corner from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta. He talks about WWE Crown Jewel and announces that the Undisputed WWE Champion and the World Heavyweight Champion will face each other, as well as the WWE Women’s Champion and the WWE World Women’s Champion.
Triple H says that while no champion will defend their title, the winners will receive the new WWE Crown Jewel Championship , which he presented to those in attendance.
GUNTHER’s music hits and he makes his way to the exit. He says he’s excited to challenge for the WWE Crown Jewel Championship after retaining the World Heavyweight Championship against Sami Zayn on Monday’s edition of “Raw.” He then calls out to Goldberg and his son Gage in the crowd before telling Gage that he hopes Goldberg will be a better father than he was as a professional wrestler.
Goldberg jumps the barricade , but security runs into the ring to stop him. Zayn attacks GUNTHER from behind and throws right hands at him, then flies across the ring with a crossbody to level him on the outside. GUNTHER then hits a hard kick to Zayn, but security separates the two.
Women’s World Championship: Rhea Ripley defeated Liv Morgan by disqualification [Dominik Mysterio suspended in a shark cage]
In the final moments Dom manages to open the cage and was worried and somehow got trapped upside down because his leg was wrapped in a chain. Dom was hanging upside down and helpless so Ripley attacked him with a kendo stick.
Suddenly, Raquel Rodriguez on her return attacked Ripley from behind for the disqualification. Rodriguez planted Ripley with a Tejana Bomb. She then placed Morgan on top of Ripley to cover, but the match was already over (DQ). Liv left with Raquel and Dom.
Roman Reigns and WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes defeated Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu
In the final moments Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa appeared and the distraction allowed Sikoa to hit a Spear for a near fall. Another hooded man appeared at ringside. He superkicked Tonga and Loa. It was Jimmy Uso . The crowd erupted.
Reigns attacked Sikoa with a Spear to get the victory.
Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso hugged after the match. Rhodes stood up with his belt and had a standoff with Reigns until Reigns left with Jimmy.
The Bloodline attacked Rhodes as Reigns and Jimmy were leaving. Jimmy encouraged Reigns to help Rhodes, so they did. Jimmy superkicked Loa and Sikoa. Reigns hit a Superman punch on Sikoa. The Bloodline retreated. Reigns picked up the WWE Title belt and looked at it wistfully before handing it to Rhodes.
The Rock’s music plays .
Rock comes out and he had his own championship belt. He remained on the stage as Reigns, Rhodes and Jimmy watched from ringside. Rock raised an eyebrow and raised a finger in the air.
Rock made a slit throat gesture before walking to the back to end the show.
