In this notice, the Telangana government has banned three songs from Diljit Dosanjh. This notice has been given by the state government to his team and Hotel Novotel. The notice says that they should not play songs that promote alcohol, drugs or violence. This step has been taken after receiving complaints of such things in Diljit’s last concert in Delhi. Also, instructions have been given in the notice not to bring children on stage and not to make the sound too loud, so that the safety of the young audience remains.
Apart from this, according to some media reports, in the notice sent to Diljit Dosanjh by the District Welfare Officer of Telangana, he has been forbidden from singing ‘Patiala Peg,’ ‘Panj Tara,’ and ‘Case’ in his concert. This notice has been issued to the singer by the Department of Women and Child Welfare and Disabled and Senior Citizens. Earlier, a complaint was received against him, which was given by Chandigarh resident Panditrao Dharanwar on November 4. It was said that Diljit calls children on stage during the show, which is not right.
Along with this, songs based on alcohol, drugs and gun culture have also been banned in the notice. Earlier, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has also issued instructions that songs promoting alcohol, drugs and gun culture should not be sung during live shows. Currently, this notice issued against Diljit states that if he sings such songs, legal action will be taken against him.
