The Israeli army declined to comment on who it was attacking. It is currently unknown whether Nasrallah was at the scene, and Hezbolla did not comment on the report.
The death toll is likely to rise as rescue teams still sift through the rubble of six buildings.
The US is betting on a “diplomatic solution.”
