Dinosaur movie lovers are getting excited for the upcoming ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ series, which promises more action and fear. Hollywood studio Universal Pictures is attempting to reignite curiosity for the Jurassic world by fusing drama with extinct animals.
‘Jurassic World Rebirth,’ the title and first images of the upcoming Jurassic World film, have been revealed by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment. The film is scheduled for release on July 2, 2025. Fans have high expectations for the cast, which stars Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, and Scarlett Johansson.
The film is directed by Gareth Edwards, best known for ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’, from a screenplay by ‘Jurassic Park’ writer David Koepp. The film is produced by Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley, while Steven Spielberg, Dennis L. Stewart and Jim Spencer are executive producers.
“Jurassic World Rebirth” takes place five years after “Jurassic World Dominion” (2022), in a world where dinosaurs live in isolated environments. The team led by Zora Bennett (Scarlett Johansson) seeks to collect DNA from three large dinosaurs to develop a life-saving drug. Along with Duncan Kincaid (Mahershala Ali) and Dr. Henry Loomis (Jonathan Bailey), they face unexpected dangers when they find a civilian family trapped by aquatic dinosaurs, leading them to discover a disturbing secret on an island.
